Robots are moving into malls, hospitals and warehouses
The battery must not be its risk source

In indoor human-robot coexistence, a battery failure is a safety incident, not a product quality issue. QuanVol robotics / AGV power batteries are built on a solid-state polymer pouch cell (in-situ cured) system. The QV-6060110PL reaches an internal resistance as low as ≤6mΩ, and the QV-1260110PL delivers a single-cell capacity of 10000mAh, leaving power headroom for the moving platform while holding the safety baseline.

WHY IT MATTERS

A robot running indoors
makes the battery the entry point of a safety incident

Robots start and stop frequently, climb slopes and deliver sustained high current, and the platform itself often moves right through crowds of people. Conventional systems have two weak points under this combination: heat generation at high current, and the consequences of thermal runaway.

QuanVol's approach:The QV-6060110PL and QV-606090PL are both 5000mAh, but internal resistance drops from ≤30mΩ to ≤6mΩ. This is not a numbers game. Lower internal loss during high-current discharge means less heat and less voltage drop, so a sudden acceleration no longer pushes the battery to its limit. Models that need long runtime use the QV-1260110PL with 10000mAh per cell, reducing the number of series and parallel connections.

QV-PL Series Solid-State Pouch Cells · Model Overview

Multiple models are supplied within the same product line; selection is determined by the actual discharge rate and runtime requirements
ModelNominal CapacityRated CapacitySystemPositioning
QV-606090PL5000mAh4950mAhSolid-state polymer lithium-ion (in-situ cured)Standard type, long-cycle light-load applications

Identical capacity does not mean interchangeable. The QV-606090PL and QV-6060110PL are both 5000mAh, but their rate capability and internal resistance are entirely different. Selection is determined by the customer's actual discharge rate requirement.

APPLICATIONS

Covering three indoor human-robot coexistence scenarios

Service Robots

Reception and delivery robots in malls, hospitals and hotels operate around the clock in close proximity to people. Low internal resistance brings lower heat generation and steadier continuous output, which is the entry ticket for this class of equipment.

AGV / AMR

Mobile chassis for in-plant logistics and flexible production lines, with high start-stop frequency and tight charging schedules. The QV-1260110PL delivers 10000mAh per cell, making the pack smaller and the runtime longer, which simplifies chassis layout.

Warehouse Logistics Automation Equipment

Shuttle vehicles, sorting lines and stackers run unattended year round. A wide discharge temperature range (-20 ~ 55℃) and the safety baseline of a solid-state system mean equipment moving between cold storage and ambient warehouses does not require a redesigned battery solution.

The above are the specifications of each model in the QV-PL series of the QuanVol robotics / AGV power battery product line. Any citation of data must state the model; values differ between models and the datasheet for that model prevails. Product pricing is quoted individually according to the specific model and order quantity and is not disclosed through public channels.

Selection note:QuanVol'sfield-driven solid-state batterytechnology lands on low internal resistance and the safety baseline in robotics applications. Pouch models use asolid-state electrolytesystem together with a field-driven functional coated separator to improve ion transport efficiency. For indoor human-robot coexistence applications, it is worth finalizing the battery solution during theexisting production line upgradestage.
